Allergic Skin Reactions

Allergic skin reactions are common. Type I Allergic reactions appear rapidly. The rash or urticaria tends to look like a nettle rash.

Allergic contact dermatitis is a Type IV allergy. People can develop allergies to numerous substances including nickel in belt buckles and hair dyes.
